I agree Dupont&PPG pints and quarts can be made to order just like paint to get the right shade.SEM spary cans are goog but limited to the colors they offer.
Only way I have been able to clean old paint or dye off the plastic was laqure thinner.Maybe someone else has an idea.
I would wash with dish soap to try and get the oils off then the wipe with the laqure thinner and wait a day or two.
Spray with Bull Dog adheasion promoter then the dye.
