I would use the same clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, starter and bell housing up If the new motor makes enough torque and HP to need a better clutch you can always change it later work
I ran all three type, Borg and Beck, long and centrifugal clutches and both sizes of clutch in my old 1970 Hemi Cuda NHRA legal stocker, they all worked okay in that car shruggy
You can buy a 10.95 clutch assembly that will bolt onto the 10.5 inch flywheel pattern and work fine with that starter, bell housing and the rest of the parts you have now up scope
