I was searching on internet and Mancini Racing has a Mopar Performance Drag Race torsion bars with 0.810" DIA for sale.

My only concern is about street usage. Can I still running normally on the street with my car installing this torsion bars??

If someone knows any different torsion bars that will works for my application I really appreciate.

Just what is your application? Is your car a '73-up B-body? Up here those use a bar about 43.5" long. Our 1962-72 B-bodies use a 41" bar. The ones you linked are for A-body (~=35-1/2"). You should probably measure the length of your bars before spending any money.
