There should be two bushings on the clutch fork rod end, one is steel with a slot to fit over the clutch rod for alignment and a tapered lock nut for adjusting the clutch fork between it and the Z bar end of the cross shaft and the other is hard plastic bushing with a flat surface on the Z bar end and tapered to fit into the clutch fork and the steel washer bushing
