Only 65 stockers and 65 SS.
I remember going to national events where it was "all run" for S/G and S/C...... And there would be about 100 or more of each, plus over 100 stock and SS each.

Now there's a cap on the entries.

Im not saying its good or bad...... Just that there are way fewer sportsman cars at these events now.
At least in Division 1.

If you add up all the entries this year for Stock, SS, S/C, S/G.....it's 242.

I looked at the entries for E town 1998, same 4 classes...... 417 cars.
Just Stock and S/C was 251.

My first national event in Stock was at the 94 Keysone Nats and there were 151 cars because they were running class also, I came in at 130 and was 2nd alternate but didn't get called in, it's the only time ever I didn't make the 128 field. The Nats suck now for the Stockers, The Dutch is the best race by far for the sportsman. Div 1 is still in the 100 range for all the div races but it's fading away little by little.
