Gen II Victor MW, with seat machined for 2.25 valve, minor blend of bowl to valve job, no chamber mods:

Lift----int
.100---63.9
.200--117.1
.300--173.2
.400--226.8
.500--285.3
.600--334.5
.700--334.5
.800--344.7

The Gen II chamber is pulled in pretty close to the valves, which really puts the hurtin on the low/mid-lift numbers(unless some chamber mods are performed).

On the other hand, the current version of the 440-1 head comes with the chambers cnc'd, which makes those heads pretty effective(350+) with only a nice valve job and a quick blend of the bowl and short turn.

Depending on how much power you're trying make...... It might still be pretty hard to argue with the TF 270 heads from a cfm-per-dollar standpoint.
