Here is a picture of a Mopar 337 intake. As you can see, the injector bosses are cast into the intake and there are standoffs which can be drilled and tapped to hold the fuel rails. It is a low profile intake and it is designed to be a Max Wedge port size. I'm not sure if they are still being made or not, I do know a guy who bought one recently from a dealer so there are a few sitting on shelfs.
