From what little I could find digging around.....

It appears Tennessee Engine Works sold the BRC name and crank manufacturing to JVR industries, which filed for chapter 11 in Florida in 2004........ Which looked like it was denied in 2006.

The name "BCR performance" is still in Florida, but it seems they are basically a piston company now.
