Mine run 7/32" float level instead of 7/16". Tip in stumble will usually like the accelerator pump rod closest to the choke horn. Stiffer metering springs will bring the enrichment circuit in earlier. The idle cal is pretty forgiving if the throttle plates are open no more than 1-1 1/2 turns of the speed screw. My race car idles fine with a 285@.050" cam.
