the Proforged 103-10030 arm that I bought as a replacement for a ‘68 has a different dogleg than the original.
I don't have an answer but would it be possible for you to post some pics (somebody will know).
Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures before putting the old one back on. For now I have the steering linkage loosely assembled until warmer weather. The original arm is almost straight as viewed from the top just like the picture that 62Max posted
The Proforged arm has a considerable hook or dogleg when viewed from the top but as I mentioned the relationship of the spline clocking to the end of the arm does appear the same as OEM so the effective geometry would appear to be the same. Also the Proforged arm has the part number cast into the arm so I know I have the correct arm....or at least as correct as Proforged makes it.
