you really need to contact Spectra and #1 confirm it is not their tank. #2 make them aware they are being scammed. #3 ask them for reputable sources to buy their tanks from should this indeed be confirmed a scam.
They are a REPUTABLE comapny that needs to be aware of any BS short selling being based on their known Quality and reputation. I am sure they would be very interested if in fact that is not their product. Keep us posted
