A hobby car, street driven, weight doesn't matter, not going to be worked on, need a pro gear or have to fine tune gear ratios, maybe mini tubbed and want to keep it all corporate, a Dana is fine. Anything serious, 9". Too many reasons to not use a Dana in a RACE car.
