Easy for you to say, then walk away. What do you KNOW is better?

If Federal Mogul has trouble with suppliers, what makes you think that smaller companies have more leverage? You can be doggone sure that Firm Feel or whoever does NOT have their own manufacturing facilities. Maybe remanufacturing facilities?

If MOOG outsources parts, they probably are having the parts built to their specifications. They still have lifetime warrantees on most everything they sell. And what other choices do you have? Looks like AC Delco is the only reputable one, with Mevotech trying to look good trailing the pack. Then there are the specialty shops like PST and Ingalls, who makes their stuff?

So I stick with the yellow and blue boxes. Your mileage may vary.
