I had the same issues with ISKY lifters. Easy fix drill and tap for a small brass plug. I experimented and found I only needed a .015 hole...the other side I pulled solid. Engine has been together for 8 years or so with a lot of 7800 rpm passes. I got the drills and brass from McMaster Carr.
