Stanton Don't question me! S Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 8,915 Ontario, Canada	Use 3/16 sheet and you're good to go. Have the sides bent down from the top and weld on the end plate. 3/16 will bend nicely. If you try to bend 1/4" it will have stress cracks. 1/8" is too light.
