If I recall correctly, I think it is up under the dash on drivers side, might be clipped onto the lower part of metal dash panel, or the steering column support . . . according to wiring diagram from FSM, it is up against the drivers side of the ash tray . . .
That is the emergency flasher unit next to the drivers side ash tray.
