There are some helpful tips for basic at home rebuilds from a site called Pirate 4X4.
Just google it.
Set-up bearings make the job go much smoother and when you get your parts from doctordiff you will have everything you need the first time. I would upgrade the side gears to the ones Cass sells they are much stronger than the factory 2 piece gears.
