Bilsteins, KYB mono max, and 9 way adjustable Ranchos would be my picks for shocks. Any of them should be more than adequate for what you plan on using the truck for. If the truck does not have the factory installed camper package I would suggest installing the rear sway bar and overload springs from a donor to help with stability towing. Air bags are also a big help
while towing and can be deflated to keep ride quality good when running unloaded.
