before you boil it (my choice) or stretch it (you did say it was real hard) I would measure the ID of em & the t bar hex OD (just for a quick reference to have the numberr at your fingertips as Mancini would have that info) so if it rips/tears/melts you can call them & have specs to present to them (& see if they will make it right). but I hope you can get em on right now
