gtx6970 Too Many Posts Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 21,487 It's a dry heat	No shield ( or gasket ) on the pass side of any mopar small block. Look for an OEM part number on the drivers side shield. McCord did both sides and nether one had an OEM number on them my money is on they're aftermkt shields And as an FYI not only is the center divided on the 340 shield.
