It has been a long time since I put a roller lifter in a SB LA Mopar, what I remember is the tie bar links and retaining rivets go towards the cam, not inwards towards the block work shruggy
Iron block with steel lifters with .015 clearances at room temps(55F to 80 F) your good to run thumbs twocents
