Gene, any 42 Plymouths squeak out? [/quote]

Unfortunately, as good as the book is, it only covers Dodge.

I also have a book titled "Standard Catalog of Chrysler 1924-1990"
That book does list Plymouth trucks in 1941 (pickups- 6,072 and cab & chassis- 196) but states the entire Plymouth line was changed in 1942, and several lines available in 1941 were not available in 1942. Gone were the sedan delivery and the ambulance conversion. Also missing was the truck chassis commercial line as well in 1942. Production began in late July and ended Jan 31, 1942. Many new cars not already in the hands of consumers were impounded by the government with the result being many of these vehicles saw military service.

Looks to me like a 1942 Plymouth truck was not intended to be, and the book does not show Plymouth trucks after 1941. The book does not list Ramchargers or Traildusters at all.
