At 100k miles I started using the Hotshots stiction eliminator. Started with the oil and fuel. The 5.9 is now at 206k and has never run any better. Oh, my rig is a 2007 2500 with the 5.9. Does a lot OD stop and go and since we relocated to Mesa Az a lot of freeway miles. As a side note I use the Wix filters and they are changed at about every 5000 miles.
