I have an 01 Neon 2.0/ 5-speed sitting out back and I am attempting to figure out why several accessories do not work while the engine is running. Turn signals, radio, blower motor, wipers, power outlet- all of these things work fine in the ignition on keyswitch position. They do not work in the ACC or engine run keyswitch position.

I am going to go out on a limb and guess that either there is a wire off/ broken at the switch or the switch itself is faulty. Nothing else makes sense. Well, I'm going to grab my scanner and multi-meter, head out back and start tearing things apart. I would appreciate hearing of similar problems being resolved and other ideas as well.
