Some thoughts: 1. It's a '66 Hemi block and would look nice sitting in a street car, probably go nice too. I imagine that's why the question. 2. Before you do anything else, Magnaflux or dye penetrant check the block bottom end for cracks. 3. If you have 2" of space at the top it'll probably work on the street if you pay attention.
