As soon as I get it on all four wheels I will get on a set of corner scales and then place the motor to achieve as close to a 50/50 ratio as I can front to rear. So most people will ask why a 4 cylinder. Well it's light 339 lbs. will make right at 530 at the wheel on pump gas running 28 lbs of boost. these cars with a /6 weighed 2650 475 for the /6 so right there I lost 136 lbs off the front. its all about power to weight ratio. and a short 108 wheel base never hurts.

Ok, you got me interested with the 4 cyl. engine. But the 108" wheelbase?

Which axle did you move, or did you do both?

Isn't this a Dart which started out at 111"?

I'll measure to make sure. Have not moved any axles. I have read that the third Gen. Darts were 106 and also read 108. 111 is what I read for the wagons. This info could be incorrect. I will double check.
