build a 360! & stroker cranks are dirt cheap now (Hughes has em on sale). I'm doing one & I might be able to mill the OE cast 360 pistons. just need to mockup & see where I'm at & a cometic custom thick gasket is an option around this also if it comes to that & if not, stroker pistons ain't that costly. Robert, Much like the OP I have learned a lot with this thread. But I am now confused. On a theoretical build

360 engine - 0.030 over block, kb-190 pistons, .480/.480 cam, J heads with 2.02 and 1.6, torker intake and a 750 holley. complete MSD ignition, coil, wires, 6A unit. With the KB-190 at 10:1, how close will the Jheads put the compression at that actual number? Let's say standard 904 tranny and 3.23s in the rear, standard stall. Will the car be quick?
