I find it ODD that one of the authors of the book started this thread in this manner. Is this Mike talking in the third person, or is there an inside joke somewhere?

Haha, I did a quick search to see if it was the same guy that wrote the book but didn't come up with anything. So I too preordered. But I wanted to get free shipping on something else I was buying so this offset the cost.
