I'm not sure why the super turbos would blow out in less than a year unless you're driving through the winter salt and not washing the undercarriage...I've got 10 years on a set...
Me too. 10+ years and ~15k miles with X pipe on a 496. I like them... you can hear them but not obnoxious. The 3" comes in different case sizes... the smaller size does neck down and the larger does not from memory.
