Canada	Good luck spot welding 3/16" with that; I have a liquid cooled Miller 20 KVA and a larger liquid cooled, air powered 30 KVA unit in my fabrication shop and neither would work on anything that heavy....rated or not. ...and if you read that data sheet, the 3/16" rating for that unit is COMBINED thickness; i.e. BOTH pces.....it's rated for 16ga galv.
