I would put the next colder plug in it, either Autolite 84 or 83 and change the primary jet to #76 and see how you like that combination up twocents scope Leave the timing alone. The porclyn being burnt up like that on the combustion side of the plugs does not look good, to hot inside the chamber when firing tsk work IHTHs up
