Your choices are slim,I have a set of Gene's louvers, and yes they needed a little "tweaking" to fit nice, however factory louvers didn't fit all that well either!, esp, the Cuda's, maybe a pic of your problem?, would help us understand your issuses with them,I personally thought Gene's louvers were rather nice!
