Hmmm. I haven't had trouble with mine.
Got a good sharp blade in it. I bought a package of extra blades.
Try to get it in at the top or side and work it around.
Do it on a hot sunny day so the rubber is softer.
No sun? Use a hair dryer or something.
Make sure you have it tight to the glass as there are clips to get hung up on too.
