Sounded like I had a miss. Disconnected the timing light and it smoothed out, fiddled with the idle screws, only drops 100 rpm in gear now. Going by ear,but sounds much better at idle and revving. Shakedown drive tomorrow. For now gonna get it up on stands and chase the leaks. Will report back tomorrow. No good timing light readily available for purchase in time for the weekend, but will get one asap...maybe the MSD is giving my old Suntune light fits?
