Update. The crank was 2.004 2.006. the rods were 2.007. I machined the rods to .9935 .994 I have .0014 ish side clearance



Too tight imo..........



He has .008 clearance now.. thats even tight to me
(not the .001+ he shows)


.9935 X 2 = 1.987 2.006 - 1.987 = .0019 or .994 x 2 = 1.988 2.004 - 1.988 = .016
Unless I'm doing something wrong. And I did check it with a feeler gauge
