Good:
- Ferrea (a couple of different series)
- Manley Pro Flow

Average (not finished nearly as nicely as the "Good" ones):
- SI (whatever their necked-down & swirl-polished series is)

Never had any REV that I know of, but I've heard them compared favorably to Ferrea & Manley.
