He is hypermiling it guys. Cruising any vehicle at 55 mph on flat road is gonna get great MPG and I don't doubt with a few mods his ram could get 25 driving that slow. Course he is gonna get the finger, lights flashed at him, horns blown... if he was claiming that much at 70+ MPH I would be calling bologna also but 55
