..... but "1G" is the gator-grain top. Wrong location for the vinyl top in '69.

WAG - it has something to do with the "ASSUMED" "rallye green metallic" paint in association with the date of this car's build (possible first "rallye green metallic" car or batch?). BW has a few special order paint fleet car's info with "16" "20" and/or other odd 2-digit paint codes. My brother has a '73 Charger with "426" (it looks like JB9) & Nick's FM3 '71 R/T is "148".
