NO, But my 1977 chrysler new yorker had a small sticker or decal on the drivers lower window that read " Road ready"

There was remains of a paper sticker on the drivers door edge near the vin number that said the same thing. They may have said " road ready, by chrysler".

Wonder if it was the one you refer to?
