Question about this tech fee... if I show up there one
time do I have to pay the $10... if I dont.. then whats
the difference if they put a sticker on the window
that I passed tech.. Norwalk did the yearly tech and
it was free... all it is is a convenience for the
tech guys and they get people through faster
