It's northeast of Baltimore up I-95 (going toward the Delaware state line). Rising Sun, IIRC, but I haven't been there in at least 10 years so I don't recall exactly which exit off 95 to take.
Last time I was at Cecil was for an NSCA event; haven't made the YB Nationals, yet.
