What is the difference between a "hemi" block and a regular RB block? I know about the cross bolts on the mains. Is that all or are there differences in the way the heads attach?

Just curious...

The HEMI Block has 4 differences. #1,there are oil drain holes cast into each outside corner of the blocks (4 total) for the heads to drain the oil back into the pan. #2, the intake head bolt hole is cast further into the lifter gallery
#3, the push rods on a HEMI block are cast closer to the cylinder bore than on a wedge motor.
#4, And all Hemi blocks had 1/2 inch oil feed galleries.
That is it.
