No pictures, but I rounded off all the flats , no sharp edges. Thank you Indy for leaving that intake manifold 1/2 done! Your best bet would be to get some pictures of intakes with the same sort of intrusion into the plenum, and copy it. The longer the runners, the better, IMHO. I remember having a pretty big pile of aluminum chips when done with mine.
