My 2003 Durango has that too. My '14 Ram does not. Mine was used and did not have the Maroney sticker. However, Carfax had a total list of all the options on mine that were on the sticker and it is a 4x4 3.21.
BTW, just returned from vacation putting 4000 miles on the clock with around 21.5 mpg average. I am very pleased with the comfort and fuel usage.
The dodgeforum.com has a vin decoder as well.
