There was no "HP" 440 in 1966, just a 440 (Chrysler 300's had "440 TNT" on the air cleaner but there was nothing "HP" about them).

According to what was written on page 81 of this book , "In mid-1965, development was under-way on a higher output engine. This led directly to the Chrysler 440 TNT, the Dodge 440 Magnum and the Plymouth 440 Super Commando. The 365bhp engine was, in fact, almost a mid-model-year release, but not quite. It was listed right along with the 350bhp engine in all of the 1966 police literature.

... The 365bhp engine was optional in the 1966 Polara police car and the Chrysler 300 passenger car."
