Tony my 493 is sorta simular to your build as I use the Indy dual plane and the EZ heads that Dwayne Porter tweaked a bit but he did not do alot of porting. I also use a 440Source kit with the 4.15 crank and dished pistons to get 10.6 comp with .045 quench as its a pump gas eng. The carb is just a basic 850 DP and its a solid flat tappet from Dwayne thats 264 & 270 at .050 with .592 and .585 lift on a 110 LSA. I use Hughes 1.6 rockers so the lift is about .630 and I have it in the eng on a 106 centerline. 2" TTI headers and the TTI 3" X-pipe system to the rear bumper. I use Dyno-Max Ultra-Flows also. I really like the combo as I told Dwayne when he speced the cam for me I wanted to make power and have a nice hotrod idle but still needs to be very streetable which it is. I use a Dynamic 9.5 converter that flashes about 4200 but drives like a normal converter. My 63 weighs just over 3700 lbs and I am using 4.30's with a 30 x 9 tire. It has run 10.70's at almost 125 and to be honest I have not really done any real super tunning as all I have done is jet up the 850 some. I just have not taken the time to really spend a day tunning as it runs so nice the way its setup now and it really cruises nice. I feel I could get 10.50's without to much hassle if I ever get after it. I would like to try the Mopar 337 intake with more carb like a Dominator or one of the HP carbs. I run it on pump and capped up as I have never uncapped it.
That sounds like it will be a real nice driving combo and should run 11.50's to 11.0's with hook. Good luck with it. Ron
