Hey guys. It's time to start looking for a decent carb for the Cuda. Specs are below, but the car will see 95% street use. So looking for a street friendly carb, possibly even with a choke. Car runs too fast with no roll bar as it is, so max power isn't as important as street manners and easy tuning. If it's running 11.20s with a crappy tune and I can only run 11.50s max, I can stand to lose some power when it's tuned correctly. The current carb is what started life as a Holley 750, and was heavily modded by a local carb guy and supposedly will flow 910. Makes great power, but it seems to always run rich. Smaller jets seem to be no help. So a fresh street friendly carb seems like the ticket. Demon Carbs look tempting, but I've never messed with one. Thanks for your input.
