That armrest pad above should be white. Basically the dash, front garnish & trim, and carpet should be the secondary color, as would the package tray and a console. '68s differed a bit as far as the metal door/quarter trim and headliner colors, but '68-'70 were the same color treatment. My '68 Charger had a white headliner, but my '69 RR's was black (both white/black interior cars).
