I think they're both OK. I did break a spring in the disc of my 10.95 McCleod, but I suppose that could happen to anyone's product. Lots of people use Centerforce, I've just never cared for the use of centrifugal weights on a pressure plate. Presently I run a Sachs 10.75 and it hooks tight and has a lighter pedal than the McCleod. Nice progressive take up. Sachs also makes the OEM clutches for some high end cars. Not as well known in the Hot Rod industry, but an excellent product.
