Yep, the frame rails were straight and the rear spring perch holes were used for the where the front spring perches are now and the rear spring perch was bolted to the rear of the added straight sections. Seems to work well, but they cut-out part of the c-channel that made the main bed rails because the Hodges beds. are made for chassis cab trucks that have different frame rail spacing. It needs to be strengthened there now as one of the rails has cracked.


The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
